HIMA Z7116 is a powerful analog output module with the following characteristics:
Efficiency: It is made of imported cold-rolled silicon steel sheets and pure copper induction coils, which makes it characterized by fast conductivity, high heating efficiency, and fast heating speed.
Easy to operate: The Z7116 is equipped with an operation panel, making control and use simple and easy. Users can easily adjust various parameters and control methods through the operation panel, and can display real-time information such as operating status, position pulse, actual torque, wiring I/O status, parameter settings, and error reasons.
Security: Z7116 has protective facilities, including dual protection of hardware and software, as well as the ability to triple overload. In addition, the design of the Z7116 switch input card terminal board in the DCS system ensures high safety and availability of the system.
Communication capability: Z7116 supports seamless communication, such as wireless data transmission through 5G/LTE/Wifi options, and can interoperate with standard industrial and machine vision cameras, supporting LAN/USB. Its communication interfaces include Ethernet, Modbus, and Profibus.
Programming flexibility: Engineers can use modern programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, etc. to program Z7116.
Diversified control methods: Z7116 provides three control methods: speed control, position control, and torque control, which can also be combined for control.
