Honeywell CC-PCNTOX 51308307-175 Harmonic Series Detuning Reactor
Module Number:CC-PCNTOX 51308307-175
Product status:Discontinued
Delivery time:In stock
Product status:100% new
Sales country:All over the world
Product situation:one year warranty
Product Description
CC-PCNTOX 51308307-175 is designed for the capacitor bank characteristics of 5th harmonic series detuned reactors. Its main characteristics are:
- its main function is to suppress harmonic amplification and resonance, and the harmonic shunt effect is relatively small;
- The harmonic current in the compensation capacitor branch is relatively small;
- Low precision requirements for capacitors and reactors;
- Ordinary parallel compensation capacitors can be used.
Figure 9 shows the characteristics of the capacitor bank for the 5th harmonic series tuned reactor. Its main features are: 1) CC-PCNTOX 51308307-175 has a dual effect of suppressing harmonic amplification resonance and harmonic shunt (filtering); 2) The harmonic current in the compensation capacitor branch is relatively large; 3) High precision requirements for capacitors and reactors; 4) AC filtering capacitors are required.

The tuning capacitor branch has formed the simplest passive power filter.
Design and selection of series reactors
CC-PCNTOX 51308307-175 When the harmonic content of the load is very low (the harmonic content of the bus voltage is not more than 1%), series reactors may not be used or only series reactors with less than 1% surge resistance can be used;
When the harmonic content of the bus voltage is less than 5% and there is no need for harmonic current suppression or filtering, a series detuning reactor can be used. When the third harmonic voltage content is less than 0.5%, 6% or 7% reactors can be used; When the third harmonic voltage content is higher than 0.5%, a reactor of 13% or more should be used.
