ABB SPHSS03 Hydraulic Servo Module
Product Description
ABB SPHSS03 is a hydraulic servo control module designed for Harmony racks. It adopts redundant servo coils and redundant AC/DC LVDT (Linear Variable Differential Transformer) design, and supports PI (Proportional-Integral) and P (Proportional) control modes. As the core component of valve position control, SPHSS03 module realizes manual/automatic precise control of hydraulic actuators by driving servo valves or I/H converters.
Function & Features
- SPHSS03 works with a speed detection module (such as SPTPS13) to form a complete turbine speed control system
- SPHSS03 supports PI control, P-Only control, AC/DC LVDT (feedback resolution up to ±0.1% FS)
- SPHSS03 is a fully redundant architecture with redundant servo coils and redundant AC/DC LVDT feedback
- SPHSS03 obtains actuator position feedback through LVDT to achieve closed-loop control and accurately adjust valve position
