ABB SPHSS13 Hydraulic Servo Module
Product Description
ABB SPHSS13 is a hydraulic servo module of Bailey INFI 90 series. It is mainly used in steam, gas and turbine applications. It is a valve position control module that allows HR series controllers to drive servo valves or I/H converters to achieve manual or automatic control of hydraulic actuators.
It has a redundant design, redundant servo coils, redundant AC or DC linear variable differential transformer (LVDT) feedback, redundant position feedback inputs and redundant servo control outputs, and can be adapted to a variety of AC and DC LVDTs, servo valves (integral and linear 4 - 20mA or 20 - 160mA).

- Position control: As a valve position control module, ABB SPHSS13 can work with HR series controllers to drive servo valves or I/H converters to achieve manual or automatic control of hydraulic actuators and precise control of valve positions.
- Feedback and monitoring: ABB SPHSS13 has redundant AC or DC LVDT feedback and redundant position feedback inputs, which can monitor the position information of valves in real time and transmit feedback signals to the control system.
- Servo control: ABB SPHSS13 provides correct control signals for servo valves through redundant servo control outputs and redundant servo coils.
- System architecture support: ABB SPHSS13 can be used in triple-mode redundant (TMR) architectures to achieve system redundancy and fault tolerance by working with other modules.
