Product Description
Allen-Bradley 1794-ACNR15 is a ControlNet adapter module for the Flex I/O family. The adapter is a DIN rail mounted device with dual ControlNet ports for implementing redundant ControlNet data highways and supporting up to eight (8) Flex IO modules. It supports ControlNet version 1.5, and the 1794-ACNR15 and 1794-ACNR15XT adapters accept redundant ControlNet cable media. The 1794-ACN15 and 1794-ACN15K are non-redundant. The 1794-ACNR15 supports the ControlNet protocol. It can be used to implement redundant ControlNet topologies by connecting to a ControlNet trunk connection. The 1794-ACNR15 has two (2) ControlNet communication ports, each port connects to a separate trunk.

- Network connection function: Allen-Bradley 1794-ACNR15 connects to controllers and other I/O modules through the ControlNet network to build a data transmission link for the automation system.
- System expansion function: Allen-Bradley 1794-ACNR15 provides expansion capabilities for Flex I/O series modules, and can be used with various digital and analog input/output modules to support a variety of I/O configurations.
