ABB SPBRC410 Controller with Modbus TCP Interface

ABB SPBRC410 controller is equipped with Modbus TCP interface, which is designed to upgrade existing controllers to the latest BRC410 controllers. It is suitable for smooth migration from existing controllers such as N-90/Infi-90/Harmony, helping to improve production efficiency and reduce life cycle costs. Composer 5.0 Service Pack 3 or higher is required before installation. When configuring a large number of points (such as more than 1000 Modbus points), it may be necessary to upgrade the PCU communication hardware to NIS21/NPM22 modules to prevent overload.

• By upgrading to the BRC410 controller, you can effectively extend the service life of the existing control system, avoid premature obsolescence of existing equipment, and protect the investment in the original system.

• Before installing the BRC410 controller, Composer 5.0 Service Pack 3 or higher is required. To use more than 9999 import blocks in the BRC410, the firmware of the network processing module INNPM01/11/12 must reach F_6 or higher.

• When installing a BRC410 configured with a large number of points (such as more than 1000 Modbus points), it may be necessary to upgrade the PCU communication hardware to the latest NIS21/NPM22 modules to avoid PCU overload.
