Product Description
ABB BRC400 P-HC-BRC-40000000 Harmony Bridge Controller is a high-capacity process controller. As a rack-mount controller, it is used to connect Harmony block I/O and Harmony rack I/O in the Symphony enterprise management and control system.
It is fully connected to the INFI 90® OPEN system in terms of functions, communications and packaging, and supports S800 I/O through IOR 800.
Its functions include collecting process I/O, executing control algorithms, outputting control signals to process-level devices, and importing/exporting process data from other controllers and system nodes, and receiving control commands from network-connected operators and computers, and supporting redundant configuration (two controllers are required).
Replacement upgrade: used to replace BRC-200.

- The BRC400 supports 32,000 function block configurations, as well as 2,000 Batch 90, C programs and data files.
- The BRC400 is equipped with a removable NVRAM battery jumper to help extend the storage life of the device.
- The BRC400 supports S800 I/O modules via the IOR 800 interface.
- The BRC400 supports complex control strategies with 32,000 function blocks.
- The BRC400 can manage 2,000 Batch 90 batch tasks, C programs and data files.
