Product Description
ABB DSAO 130 is a 16-channel analog output unit for the ABB Advant Master process control system. This unit converts digital commands from higher-level controllers (such as the Safeguard safety controller) into analog signals (voltage or current) to drive actuators in the field.
Note: The DSAO130 is intended only as a dedicated spare part to maintain and extend the lifecycle of specific Safeguard safety controller systems.
Function & Features
1.A single DSAO130 module provides 16 independent analog outputs.
2.In a Safeguard safety controller, the DSAO130 not only performs analog output duties but can also be linked to safety functions such as Safe Torque Off (STO) and Safely Limited Speed (SLS).
3. This module is designed to provide spare parts support for existing Safeguard safety controller systems. The hardware license number for the existing controller must be provided when ordering.
4. For use with other controllers, select the DSAO130A (3BSE018294R1) in combination with the DSTA181 (3BSE018312R1) and refer to the StepUp upgrade solution STU3BSE077320R1.
