Honeywell MC-PAIH03 is a high-level analog input processor in Honeywell Experion Process Knowledge System (PKS), used to process analog input signals, involving transmitter power supply regulation, and has a variety of compatible transmitter models (such as MU-TAIH02 series). For different hazardous environments (Class 1, Div 2), there are resistor current limiting (such as 145 Ω non-fuse type) and independent protection current limiting circuit designs.
Function & Features
- Dual-mode power output: The basic model uses a 145Ω resistor current limiting solution (non-fuse type);The enhanced model (TAIH22/23/62) is equipped with independent electronic current limiting protection.
- MC-PAIH03 adopts Delta-Sigma ADC technology: 16-bit resolution and 1kHz sampling rate.
- Redundant architecture support: hot switching time <10ms, no scan cycle loss.
