NI PXI-4071 Product Overview

PXI-4071 is a high-performance,multi-function 7.5-bit PXI module produced by NI(National Instruments)of the United States.The following is a detailed introduction to the module.

Main functions

PXI-4071 has the measurement functions of two common test instruments,namely,a high-resolution digital multimeter and a digitizer.

Digital multimeter function

Voltage measurement can be performed with a measurement range of±10nV to 1000V.

Current measurement can be performed with a measurement range of±1pA to 3A.

Resistance measurement can be performed with a measurement range of 10μΩto 5GΩ.

Frequency/period measurement and diode test can be performed.

Digitizer function

In high-voltage isolated digitizer mode,PXI-4071 can acquire DC waveforms in all voltage and current modes at an acquisition rate of 1.8 MS/s.
