Triconex DO3401 Digital Output Module

Triconex DO3401 is a digital output module that converts the controller's logical instructions (on/off) into physical signals, drives the final actuator on site, and can enter a predetermined state or alarm when any internal fault occurs.

Function & Features

• The DO3401 module contains three completely independent, isolated channels (A, B, and C). Each channel has its own dedicated ASIC and driver circuitry.

• At the final moment of signal output to the load, the DO3401 utilizes a unique quad output circuitry to determine if the output is closed by any two of the three channels (A+B, B+C, or A+C). The load will receive power.

• Without affecting the output state, the DO3401 module instantly reverses the command state of one of the drivers and verifies the actual output circuit response using internal readback circuitry.
