ABB FAU800 C10-11010 (Measure IT Flame Analysis Unit) is the latest generation of cutting-edge flame analysis equipment launched by ABB. It is used to monitor the flame status of the burner in real time to ensure combustion safety and prevent danger caused by flame extinction. FAU800 supports a variety of ABB flame detection equipment (such as DFS flame scanning head, 4-20mA/0-5V sensor, ion flame monitoring rod, etc.).
Function & Features
- Parameter customization switching: ABB FAU800 can customize detection parameters for different fuels (such as coal and oil) through two digital input channels.
- Signal value acquisition and judgment: ABB FAU800 analyzes the signal generated by the flame detector in real time, compares it with the preset functional limit, and judges whether the current signal is within the safe range.
- Signal quality evaluation: ABB FAU800 measures the signal quality to reflect the change of the burner flame. For example, the change of the quality value before the flame goes out can be used as an early warning indicator to help predict potential problems.
- No flame state identification: When ABB FAU800 detects a system fault or the signal exceeds the preset limit, it generates a "no flame" signal to indicate an unsafe working condition.
