Triconex 8312 Power Module
Product Description
Triconex 8312 power supply module is an important part of the Tricon system chassis. Each Tricon chassis is equipped with two of these power supply modules, which can convert the incoming line power to DC power suitable for all Tricon modules. During system operation, a single power supply module can maintain the normal operation of the Tricon system at full load and rated temperature, and supports online replacement.
Notes：
1.It is forbidden to mix power modules of different models
2.System power-on sequence: first connect all peripheral power supplies, and finally enable the Tricon main power supply
3.It is recommended to replace the electrolytic capacitor every 5 years (preventive maintenance)
Function&Features
- Power conversion function: Convert the input line power into DC power suitable for each module of the Tricon system to ensure the power supply of each module in the system.
- Alarm function: When a module is missing, the main processor detects a system failure, the main power supply of the power module fails, or the power module has a "low battery" or "overtemperature" warning, the power module alarm contact will be activated.
- Layout and wiring: The 8312 power module is located on the left side of the chassis, and the lower left corner of the back panel is equipped with a terminal block for system grounding, input power and hard-wired alarm.
