Product Description
Triconex 3511 Pulse Input Module is an input module designed for rotating equipment (such as turbines, compressors) speed monitoring, suitable for non-amplified magneto-electric speed sensors. The module processes high-frequency pulse signals to calculate speed (RPM) or frequency, and is optimized for measuring the speed of rotating equipment.
It is suitable for Triconex safety instrumented systems (SIS), not for cumulative counting functions, and is suitable for non-amplified magnetic speed sensors commonly used with rotating equipment.

Triconex 3511
Pulse input
Provides 8 high-frequency inputs optimized for magnetic speed sensors (such as proximity probes) to detect sensor voltage jumps with 1 microsecond resolution.
Speed measurement function
Accumulate pulses within a configurable time window and calculate frequency or speed (RPM). The processed data is transmitted to the Triconex main processor for voting (redundant safety system).
