Product Description
EC401-50 is an ESB bus coupling module produced by Yokogawa. It is a communication interface module used to connect field control units and node units. It has ESB bus interface function and is a key module for realizing ESB bus communication between field control units and node units.
This module supports redundant configuration and can be installed in various types of field control units. By installing two modules, a dual redundant ESB bus can be configured.
Function&Features
- Communication interface: EC401-50 provides ESB bus interface for data exchange between field control units (such as AFV30S, AFV40D, etc.) and node units (such as ANB10S, ANT401, etc.).
- Clear installation location: When non-redundant ESB bus, it needs to be installed in the 7th slot of a specific field control unit, and the 8th slot is covered by a virtual module; when dual redundant, the module must be installed in both the 7th and 8th slots.
- Adaptation: Only EC401 of S3 and above can be used with CP471 processor module.
