- Power management: ABB SS822 separates redundant power supply units and monitors voltage in real time to ensure power supply. It can respond to voltage anomalies in a timely manner to ensure that power-consuming devices obtain appropriate voltage.
- Status indication: ABB SS822 generates a supervision signal connected to the power-consuming device. The green LED on the front panel intuitively displays whether the output voltage is correct. When the green LED is on, the voltage-free contact is closed to the "OK connector" to provide feedback to the user on the power status.
- Electrical safety: ABB SS822 is a Class I device. It provides electrical safety after connecting to the protective earth (PE). It is suitable for the primary main connection of the TN network. The overvoltage category is Class III. It can handle higher overvoltages and achieve protective isolation between the secondary and primary circuits. It is suitable for SELV and PELV scenarios.
