The Allen-Bradley 1784-KT Communications Interface Card is an ISA half-size 8-bit card that plugs into an 8-bit or 16-bit ISA expansion slot. It enables a personal computer, workstation, or terminal to communicate with Allen-Bradley processors and controllers via a direct connection or a Data Highway Plus network. The 1784-KT transmits and receives data via dual-port memory and is directly controlled by Allen-Bradley software.
