Automatic calibration:The 1771-IXE automatically calibrates the offset and gain of each channel without the need for a potentiometer.

High and low temperature alarms:It has user-selectable high and low temperature alarm functions.

Indicator:There is a green RUN and a red FLT indicator on the front panel to indicate power and fault status.

Self-diagnosis:During power-on,self-diagnosis is performed and its status is reported.

Open circuit detection:Open circuit detection is provided when the thermocouple fails.

Linearization:Thermocouple linearization with IPTS-68 standard NBS-MN-125.

Signal conversion:The module converts the received millivolt signal into binary or BCD format.

Application scenarios

Temperature measurement:Since thermocouple sensors are temperature measurement devices,this module is particularly suitable for temperature applications.

Factory automation:In factory automation applications,resistance input compatibility can be used to measure the displacement of the device.
