Hima X-CPU 01 Processor Module
Product Description
HIMA X-CPU 01 is the processor module of the HIMax safety system. This module provides computational and control support for system operation, capable of handling up to 32 user programs, and performs core functions such as communication management, redundant control, and event storage.
Note: The X-CPU 01module must be installed on a specific connector board to operate.The delivery scope does not include the connector board or the Ethernet cables used for connecting to the PADT; these must be configured separately.
Function & Features
- Core Processing: The X-CPU 01 module can handle up to 32 user programs and provides all central functions, including communication management. The module supports redundancy configurations with up to 3 additional processor modules.
- Event Management: The X-CPU 01 module can create and store CPU events as well as events generated by I/O modules, enabling full traceability of the event process.
- Hierarchical Restart Strategy: After a fault is detected, the X-CPU 01 module enters an error stop (ERROR STOP) state and automatically restarts. After the first error stop, the system can restart and resume operation normally. After a second error stop, the fault must be cleared before the system can be manually restarted via PADT. Approximately 1 minute after the system resumes operation, any subsequent error stops will be handled according to the logic of the first fault.
