ABB DO810 3BSE008510R1 is a digital output module, mainly used in industrial automation control systems, which can output digital signals to field devices (such as actuators, relays, solenoid valves, etc.) to achieve control of the equipment. The module provides 16 channels of digital output for the system, using 24V DC power supply, 24V DC (working range 10~30V), maximum continuous current of 0.5A per channel, and voltage can be read through ModuleBus. It needs to be used with terminal modules such as TU810/TU812/TU814/TU830/TU833.
Fuctions & Features
- 16 channels: 16 high-side drive outputs (current source type, 24V DC). 0.5A drive capacity per channel, can directly control loads such as solenoid valves, relays, indicator lights, etc.
- Short circuit protection: Automatically limit current to prevent grounding or short circuit within 30V from damaging the module.
- Overvoltage/overtemperature protection: Automatically shut down or limit current after triggering, making the module safe.
- Load suppression: Built-in inductive load suppression circuit (such as freewheeling diode) to protect output contacts.
- Fault state preset: With OSP (may be fault state preset function), the output can be set to a predetermined state when an error is detected.
