Product Description
SCP461-51 is the core component of the ProSafe-RS Safety Instrumented System (SIS). It is an intelligent processor module of the Safety Control Station (SCS) and is dedicated to Vnet/IP network environment. It supports dual redundant power supply modules (SPW481/SPW482/SPW484) and needs to be used with two processor modules of the same model (SCP461 or S2CP471) to achieve redundancy.
Function & Features
- Memory protection: The application program of SCP461-51 is stored in flash memory, and the processor module operation data is stored in non-volatile random access memory (NVRAM).
- Communication interface: SCP461-51 has dual redundant Vnet/IP interface and ESB bus interface. Vnet/IP communication speed is 100Mbps, full-duplex mode, using UTP cable (CAT5e or higher), RJ45 connector
- Safety node unit connection: SCP461-51 uses SEC402 ESB bus coupler module and adds CFS1350 node expansion package, and one safety control unit can connect up to 13 safety node units.
