Product Description
Emerson A6824 ModBus and Rack Interface Module reads parameters from all AMS 6500 modules and outputs them via ModBus TCP/IP and/or ModBus RTU (serial). This 1-slot module can be used in conjunction with other AMS 6500 supervisors and can also power a local graphic display on the rack for reading machine and instrument information.
Function & Features
- The A6824 supports both ModBus TCP/IP (Ethernet) and ModBus RTU (serial) protocols, enabling dual protocols to build critical communication paths.
- The A6824 aggregates and transmits all AMS 6500 monitoring parameters (vibration, temperature, displacement, etc.)
- The A6824 powers the rack graphic display.
