ABB IMDSI14 is a 48 VDC digital input module that connects 16 independent process field signals to the INFI 90® OPEN strategic process management system for control modules to monitor and control the process. It monitors field devices (e.g. switches, sensors) by converting on/off signals into system-readable data.
Function & Features
- ABB IMDSI14 provides 16 independent digital input channels and supports 48 VDC input voltage.
- The front panel of ABB IMDSI14 has 16 LED status indicators, divided into Group A and Group B, which can intuitively display the status of each input channel.
- ABB IMDSI14 uses a passive contact input interface and can be read by MFP or logic master module (LMM) through the I/O expansion bus.
- Occupies one slot in the standard INFI 90 OPEN module mounting unit (IEMMU).
