Product Description
Hima F 3330 eight-channel output module is a safety-related module with unique features. It has strong load control capabilities and can handle resistive or inductive loads with a maximum current of 500 mA (power up to 12 W), and can also handle lamp load connections of up to 4 W. The module has multiple protection functions, such as short-circuit protection, which can withstand short-circuit currents of up to 500 mA to ensure the safety of the module during short circuits; achieve safe isolation between input and output circuits to effectively avoid interference and fault conduction between different circuits; and automatically trip when the power supply voltage is lower than 16 V to prevent system failures caused by insufficient voltage.

- Perfect test mechanism
- With output signal readback function, it can detect whether the output signal is normal. It is valid when the readback 0 signal voltage is ≤ 6.5 V. There may be a fault beyond this threshold.
- Through step position testing, ensure that there is no interference and abnormal behavior between outputs.
- Perform switching capacity test to ensure that the module can perform switching operations normally without failure.
- Low leakage and stable output: When the output is turned off, the maximum leakage current is only 350 µA; in the reset state, the output voltage is ≤ 1.5 V, ensuring the output.
- Reasonable electrical parameters: The short-circuit protection operating point is between 0.75 A and 1.5 A, the maximum internal voltage drop is 2 V under 500 mA load, and the total line resistance (input + output) is not more than 11 ohms, ensuring the normal operation of the module under different load and line conditions.
