ABB NTCS04 Controller/Station Termination Unit

NTCS04 is a terminal unit control module board in ABB Infi 90 series control system. It is used to connect control stations, digital indication stations, serial links and various controller modules (such as IMCOM, IMQRC, etc.).

It also supports the cascade expansion of remote I/O slave modules and is a key component for system signal connection and distribution.

It is mainly for specific users. For example, system engineers and technicians are required to read the technical manual before installing and operating the NTCS04 terminal unit to ensure the correct understanding and use of the device.

Note:

• Power must be turned off before operation.
• If high voltage equipment is connected, ensure that the terminal isolation and grounding are in compliance.

Fuctions & Features

• NTCS04 provides connections for control stations, digital indicating stations, supports serial link connections, and can be used to daisy-chain additional NTCS02/04 or NTRL01/02/03 terminal units.

• NTCS04 provides an interface for field wiring when using IMCIS02 and IMQRS01/02 slave modules to provide analog and digital field I/O;

• NTCS04 provides an interface for digital control stations and digital indicating stations, controller modules, fast response controllers, multi-function controllers and Bailey Control PC-90® processors;

• The serial link supports cascading multiple NTCS02/04 or NTRL01/02/03 terminal units to build a distributed I/O network.
