Allen-Bradley 1746-NI4 SLC 4 Point Analog Input Module
Item Number:1746-NI4
Brand: Allen-Bradley
Lead Time: In stock
Description:Analog Input Module
Payment: T/T
Product Description
Allen-Bradley 1746-NI4 SLC 4-point analog input module is an analog input device for industrial automation control systems and belongs to the Allen-Bradley SLC 500 series. It has 4 analog input channels, and users can select voltage or current input mode for each channel.
It is mainly used to convert analog signals (such as voltage and current signals) at industrial sites into digital signals for processing by programmable logic controllers (PLCs), thereby realizing monitoring and control of industrial processes.
It can be used to connect pressure transmitters (4-20mA) and thermocouples (signal conditioners are required); adjust the inverter or valve opening according to analog feedback; and realize batch data storage through RSLogix 500 programming.
Fuctions & Features
- The 1746-NI4 has a resolution of 16 bits and supports software calibration. The analog input channel is calibrated by software offset. After calibration, the error is reduced from ±0.365% to ±0.002% (about 3 LSB).
- The 1746-NI4 has an update time of 512 microseconds and a step response time of 60 milliseconds, which can convert analog signals into digital signals for system processing in a timely manner.
- The 1746-NI4 current input range is -20 to +20 mA (rated value), with a maximum of ±30 mA; the voltage input range is -10 to +10 V DC.
