Product Description

General Electric’s UR-RHH is a power supply module specifically designed for installation within the Universal Relays series. This module is available in two voltage range options and can be configured with or without a redundant power supply feature.

The Low Range (LO) operates within a voltage range of 24 to 48 V nominal (DC only), while the High Range (HI) functions within a voltage range of 125 to 250 V nominal (compatible with both DC and AC). The primary function of the power supply module is to provide power to the relay itself and to offer power for dry contact input connections.

GE Multilin URRHH UR-RHH POWER SUPPLY MODULE

The internal fuse rating for this power supply module is 4A / 250 V, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

The health and functionality of the power supply module are routinely assessed through the relay’s built-in self-testing mechanisms. These tests, both major and minor, are essential for verifying the integrity of the device, and they also serve to de-energize the power supply module in the event of a critical failure.

If the self-testing system detects any hardware issues or critical failures, the relay can promptly communicate this to nearby users. This notification is conveyed through the LEDs situated on the faceplate of all UR units. The faceplate LEDs directly associated with the power supply include CONTINUOUS ON, ON / OFF CYCLING, and OFF, providing clear indications of the module’s status and potential issues.

Technical Specifications:

  • Voltage Range: 24-250 V AC/DC
  • Current Range: 1-100 A AC/DC
  • Frequency Range: 50/60 Hz
  • Accuracy: ±0.5% of reading
  • Repeatability: ±0.1% of reading
  • Operating Temperature Range: -20 to +70°C
  • Storage Temperature Range: -40 to +85°C
