ABB AO2000-LS25 Product Introduction

ABB AO2000-LS25 is a precision instrument using the most advanced electronic and laser technology.It is mainly used for continuous on-site monitoring of gases in chimneys,ducts,process rooms or similar places.It is based on the principle of tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS)and measures the average gas concentration along the line of sight path through a transmitter/receiver configuration.

Technical Principle

The measurement principle of the analyzer is infrared single-line absorption spectroscopy,which uses the characteristic that each gas has a different absorption line at a specific wavelength for measurement.The laser wavelength scans the selected gas absorption lines to be measured,which are carefully selected to avoid cross-interference from other(background)gases.The detected light intensity changes with the change of the laser wavelength,and the target gas molecules absorb the laser wavelength in the optical path between the transmitter and the receiver.In order to improve the sensitivity,the analyzer also uses wavelength modulation technology.

Product composition

The ABB AO2000-LS25 analyzer consists of three independent units

Transmitter unit with purification function:includes laser module,temperature-stabilized diode laser,collimating optical lens group and main electronic equipment,which are installed in a coated aluminum box.

Receiver unit with purification function:contains a focusing lens,photodetector and receiver electronic components,which are installed in a coated aluminum box.

Power supply unit:provides the required power for the analyzer.
