Main features and advantages

Modular architecture design

CP-9200SH/CPU supports multi module expansion, including power module (supporting 24V, 100V, 200V voltage), mounting base (short/long types, up to 4 connections), motion module, communication module, and UO module. Users can freely configure machine sequences and motion control logic through programming to meet complex process requirements.

Dual CPU collaborative processing

Up to two CPU modules can be installed, each module independently executes user programs, improving system processing efficiency and redundancy, suitable for high load or multitasking scenarios.

Servo control integration

Implement motion control through SVA module, supporting reversible counter, interval counter, and frequency measurement functions. Users can flexibly adjust the motion trajectory through servo parameter configuration (fixed parameters, dynamic command parameters), and parameter settings are completed through CP-717 software.

High reliability and stability

Adopting a hard PLC architecture, equipped with lithium batteries to ensure data storage, supporting hot standby redundancy design, excellent mean time between failures (MTBF) and mean time to repair (MTTR) indicators, ensuring long-term stable operation.
