Main functions

Control mode:Rexroth DKC11.3-040 servo drive supports three modes:position control,speed control and torque control.Through these three methods,precise control of servo motors can be achieved to meet the needs of various application scenarios.

Position control:The drive controls the speed,angle and torque of the motor to achieve high-precision positioning.

Speed​​control:The driver only controls the speed and torque of the motor,and the motor’s rotation angle is controlled by the encoder signal fed back by the CNC driver.

Torque control:The driver only controls the torque of the motor,and the torque output by the motor no longer changes with the load,but only obeys the input torque command.

Drive circuit:The servo driver uses a drive circuit designed with an intelligent power module(IPM)as the core,which integrates the drive circuit and fault detection protection circuit,such as overvoltage,overcurrent,overheating,undervoltage,etc.A soft start circuit is also added to the main circuit to reduce the impact of the startup process on the driver.

Signal processing:Rexroth DKC11.3-040 servo driver uses a digital signal processor(DSP)as the control core,which can implement complex control algorithms and realize digitalization,networking and intelligence.At the same time,it uses an incremental photoelectric encoder as a speed detection sensor,and uses the M/T speed detection method to measure the speed.
