The main T8403  of the background program is to prepare before interpolation and manage and schedule tasks, generally consisting of three main service programs. Processing program editing service program, automatic loop service program, manual operation task program.

After the system starts and initializes, the background program starts. After the operator determines the working mode through the panel, they enter the corresponding service program. After the service program is executed, it returns to the beginning of the background program and repeats the loop.

There are four working T8403  , namely editing, single segment, automatic, and manual. In editing mode, data input and editing of part machining programs can be completed; Manual mode is used to achieve operations such as jogging and returning to the origin; Automatic and single segment working methods are machining working methods, and the only difference between the two is whether T8403  is a pause after one program segment.

The processing method dominates in the background program. After the preparation work before operation (such as calling out the part program through the keyboard and manually returning the tool holder to the machine tool origin) is completed, it generally enters the machining mode. In this working mode, the background program needs to complete preparatory work such as program segment reading, decoding, and data processing (such as tool compensation) before supplementation, and process each program segment until the entire part program is executed.
