Product Description
ABB IMCIS02 is a control I/O slave module for the Infi 90 Process Management System. This module is a signal acquisition and command output unit responsible for bidirectional transmission between field process signals and the Infi 90 system, while also outputting control signals calculated by the Infi 90 system to the process field.
Function & Features
Physical Structure: The ABB IMCIS02 uses a single printed circuit board (PCB) occupying one Module Mounting Unit (MMU) slot and is secured to the MMU via two screws on the front panel.
Connectivity: The ABB IMCIS02 has three external signal and power connection interfaces (P1, P2, P3). P1 connects to the logic power supply of the driver module circuitry, P2 connects to the expansion bus for communication with the Multifunction Processor (MFP) module, and P3 connects to the Terminal Unit (TU/TM) via cable.
Digital Inputs: Each input channel of the ABB IMCIS02 can be independently configured with voltage type and response time (fast/slow) via jumpers.
