ICS Triplex T8110B Trusted TMR Processor

ICS Triplex T8110B Trusted TMR processor is based on a triple modular redundant (TMR) architecture. The T8110B contains three processor fault isolation regions (FCRs), each housing a Motorola Power PC processor and its associated memory. The processors are configured in lockstep, using a two-out-of-three mechanism to eliminate computational divergence.

ICS Triplex T8110B module also features a fault isolation region on the front panel, housing non-critical simplex functions such as a diagnostic port, a maintenance enable switch, serial communication drivers, and an IRIG-B interface.
