Triconex 3625 Digital Output Module
Product Description
Triconex 3625 is a digital output module designed for critical control programs. It includes 16-point supervised type and 32-point supervised/non-supervised type. Its core function is to ensure that a single output state is maintained for a long time (such as application scenarios lasting for several years).It is suitable for systems where the output state remains unchanged for a long time (such as safety shut-off valves, emergency control devices).
Function&Features
- Three-channel signal input: The 3625 module receives independent output signals from three main processors, votes on the three sets of signals through quad-redundant output switches (composed of power transistors), and finally outputs a single signal to the field terminal.
- Fully fault-tolerant architecture: The voting mechanism ensures that even if a single channel fails, the correct signal can still be output, avoiding system failure due to single-point failure.
- Voltage/current loopback circuit: Real-time verification of the status of each output switch, field circuit and load.
