Product Description
ABB CRBX01 2VAA008424R1 (cRBX01) is a remote bus extender as a fiber optic repeater module for the redundant HN800 IO bus of Symphony Plus. It transparently extends the HN800 IO bus of the SPCxxx controllers, no configuration is required, the remote IO or communication modules have the same functions, performance and capacity as the local modules. HRBX01K02 is a redundant repeater kit, including 2 cRBX01 modules and 1 RMU610 base.

- Device connectivity: ABB CRBX01 can support up to 60 HN800 devices (such as SD series IO or communication modules) per remote link, meeting the connection needs of large-scale devices.
- Topology: ABB CRBX01's optical HN800 bus adopts a star topology (point-to-point), with up to 8 remote links per controller, making it easy to build complex network layouts.
- Long-distance transmission: When ABB CRBX01 uses 62.5/125 µm multimode fiber optic cable, each link can be up to 3.0 km long, suitable for the connection of distributed devices.
