ABB 07AC91 GJR5252300R0101 analog I/O module is a remote module on the CS31 system bus. It has 16 analog input/output channels and can be configured in two operating modes via DIL switches. Its operating voltage is 24V DC. The CS31 system bus connection is electrically isolated from the rest of the module and provides diagnostic functions.

Fuctions & Features

Input function

  • Signal acquisition: It can acquire voltage signals (±10V, 0 - 10V) and current signals (0 - 20mA). In the "12-bit" working mode, the 8 input channels can be configured with signal types individually; in the "8-bit" working mode, the 16 channels can be configured as input channels in pairs.
  • Signal processing: The voltage input channel has an input resistance greater than 100kΩ, the current input channel has an input resistance of approximately 330Ω, and the current input has a self-protection function. The input filter has a time constant of 470µs for voltage signals and 100µs for current signals.

Output function

  • Signal output: It can output voltage signals (±10V, 0 - 10V) and current signals (0 - 20mA). In the "12-bit" working mode, the 8 output channels can be configured with signal types individually; in the "8-bit" working mode, the 16 channels can be configured as output channels in pairs.
  • Load drive: When used as a voltage output, the maximum source current is + 20mA and the maximum sink current is - 10mA; when used as a current output, the output load resistance (load) range is 0 - 500Ω.
