Bently Nevada 190501-21-00-04 Velomitor CT vibration velocity sensor is a low-frequency vibration monitoring device designed for low-speed rotating equipment. It is a low-frequency version of the standard Velomitor piezoelectric velocity sensor.
It is mainly used to measure the shell vibration velocity of cooling tower fans and air-cooled heat exchanger fan units, with a typical operating speed range of 100 to 300 rpm (minimum 90 rpm). The sensor can accurately capture the vibration amplitude and frequency signals generated by fans, motors and reducers when running at low frequencies, and effectively identify common mechanical faults such as rotor imbalance and misalignment.

- Low-frequency optimization: 190501-21-00-04 is customized for ultra-low-speed (≥90 rpm) equipment to solve the problem of insufficient sensitivity of traditional sensors in the low-frequency band.
- Multifunctional vibration detection: 190501-21-00-04 can simultaneously measure the vibration velocity amplitude and vibration frequency, covering the characteristic frequencies generated by the fan rotor, motor and reducer.
- Rotor fault sensitive monitoring: 190501-21-00-04 indirectly reflects the rotor state (such as imbalance and misalignment) through the vibration of the housing. The sensor installation position must be able to effectively transmit the rotor vibration signal to the housing.
