Honeywell CC-PAIH51 is an analog input module for the Experion Series-C system. It features Highway Addressable Remote Transducer (HART). This module receives current signals from transmitters and converts them into digital values for use by the DCS controller.
The CC-PAIH51 collects analog signals and acts as a HART master, enabling bidirectional digital communication with smart instruments.

- HART Communication: The CC-PAIH51 can simultaneously collect process variables and read multivariable information from devices using the HART protocol (for example, a multivariable flowmeter can simultaneously output flow, temperature, and pressure).
- Device Management: The CC-PAIH51 supports remote configuration, range adjustment, and calibration of HART smart devices, eliminating the need to physically visit hazardous or difficult-to-reach locations.
- Non-incendive Field Power: The CC-PAIH51 module directly provides intrinsically safe power to field transmitters.
- Signal Type Restrictions: The CC-PAIH51 module does not support differential or voltage inputs and only accepts high-level current input signals. When selecting a model, ensure that the signal type of the field device matches yours.
