Product Description
DS200EXPSG1ACB is a large-capacity bulk power supply card for the GE EX2000 series drive system, responsible for providing AC/DC power monitoring and protection functions for the system. The board uses a triple fuse protection mechanism and current limiting function. The three fuses on the board can protect the components on the board from abnormal voltages such as overvoltage, allowing the drive system to operate normally under battery power or abnormal voltage conditions.

- AC and DC input monitoring: DS200EXPSG1ACB measures the quality of AC and DC input power
- Current limiting protection: DS200EXPSG1ACB automatically activates the current limiting function in battery power mode.
- Triple fuse protection: DS200EXPSG1ACB provides overvoltage protection, visible fuse status (need to check for physical damage to the fuse), and it is strictly forbidden to replace fuses of different specifications (otherwise it may cause the board to burn out).

Label all cables to prevent miswiring |

Remove entire power supply assembly. Replace EXPS board. |
Wear ESD wrist strap |

Reconnect in reverse order. Verify fuse ratings before power-up. |
