ABB YPK112A 3ASD573001A13 is a communication module for establishing a communication connection between an application controller (APC) and a higher-level control system. It supports the Advant Fieldbus 100 serial bus and is suitable for communication between APCs or between APCs and higher-level systems (such as ABB's Advant Controller AC400 series). When the Advant Controller AC450 is not used, the CI626 Bus Management Board (BA) is required to control the bus. The YPK112A communication module can be used to connect the APC to the Advant Fieldbus 100.

The YPK112A works with other communication boards and bus management boards, such as controlling the Advant Fieldbus 100 with the CI626 (BA) bus management board when the Advant Controller AC450 is not used.
