Hima F8650E Central Module
Product Description
HIMA F8650E is a fault-tolerant central module for the PES H51q-MS/HS/HRS safety system. It is designed for safety-critical applications (requirement level AK 1-6) and is equipped with dual redundant, clock-synchronized microprocessors for fail-safe operation.
As the central module of the safety system, it is responsible for centralized control and monitoring of the operating status of the entire safety system, and can detect faults in the system and issue alarms to help timely analysis and handling of faults. It uses 2 European standard printed circuit boards, 1 of which is used for diagnostic display circuits.

Dual redundant processor architecture:
Two Intel 386EX 32-bit microprocessors (25 MHz), running synchronously to enable fault detection.
Structure and power supply:
◆2 European standard PCB boards + 1 diagnostic display board.
◆Occupies 8 TE (width) of rack space.
◆5V DC power supply (typical power consumption 2000 mA).
Safety monitoring and checking:
Fail-safe watchdog with 24V DC output (500 mA, short-circuit proof).
