Product Description
GE IS200TSVCH1A/IS200TSVCH1AED is a servo termination board for gas turbine control systems. This board interfaces between the control system (via the PSVO I/O package) and the actuators (electrohydraulic servovalves) and feedback sensors (linear variable differential transformers (LVDTs)).
This board drives the servovalves to control the opening of steam or fuel valves while receiving valve position feedback signals from the LVDTs.
Function & Features
- Servo Output: The IS200TSVCH1A/IS200TSVCH1AED provides two independent channels of servo current output, each capable of driving a servo valve. The output current is configurable (10, 20, 40, 80, or 120 mA) via jumpers (JP1-JP6).
- Pulse Rate Input: The IS200TSVCH1A/IS200TSVCH1AED features two pulse rate signal input channels (supporting magnetic or TTL levels) for fuel flow measurement in gas turbines.
- LVDT Interface: The IS200TSVCH1A/IS200TSVCH1AED supports connection to up to eight LVDT windings, providing redundant position feedback from one to four LVDTs per servo control loop.
