Product Description
Honeywell FC-IOCHAS-0001R IO Chassis for Redundant IO Module is a 19-inch chassis designed for redundant I/O modules, including IO chassis, IO-0001 expansion modules (2, located in slots 20 and 21), blind panels and other components.
The rack has 21 module slots (each 4TE wide), slots 1-18 are used for IO modules and are configured in pairs, slot 19 is unavailable, and slots 20 and 21 are used for IO-0001 modules; odd-numbered slots (and IO-0001 in slot 20) are controlled by control processor 1, and even-numbered slots (and IO-0001 in slot 21) are controlled by control processor 2.
Function & Features
Redundant pairing configuration:
- Odd slots (1,3,…17) → controlled by Control Processor 1.
- Even slots (2,4,…18) → controlled by Control Processor 2.
- Slot 19 is not available, slots 20-21 are fixed with IO-0001 expansion modules.
Protection
- Front cover: can be flipped up to protect the module flat cable, with locking rails and label number area.
- Rear cover: fixed by half-turn screws, prevent falling when removing.
