Triconex 3604E TMR Digital Output Modules

Invensys Triconex 3604E TMR digital output module is a digital output module designed for critical applications in industrial automation systems, mainly used in critical process control and safety systems (such as petrochemical, nuclear power, electricity, etc.). The module adopts a triple redundant (TMR) architecture, receives output signals from the main processor of three channels, and votes on each group of three signals through a special quadruple output circuit, providing multiple redundancy for critical signal paths.

Features

• Voltage loop detection: Triconex 3604E is equipped with a voltage loop circuit that can verify the operation of each output switch independently of the load and detect potential faults.

• Continuous diagnosis: Triconex 3604E continuously diagnoses each channel and circuit of the module. Failure of any channel diagnosis will activate the Fault indicator, which will trigger the chassis alarm signal.

• Hot standby function: Triconex 3604E supports hot standby function, which can be replaced or maintained without interrupting system operation.

• Mechanical error prevention: Triconex 3604E modules use mechanical keying design to prevent incorrect installation in a configured chassis.
