Product Description
Yokogawa F3NC01-0N is a positioning module with position reference pulse output function. It can be used to control stepper motors (pulse motors) or position reference servo motors. Its core is to use positioning operation and mode operation, combined with data storage, interpolation and other functions, to allow the device to complete position adjustment as required.
F3NC01-0N single-axis precision positioning is suitable for point-to-point positioning tasks (such as drilling and cutting), while supporting dual-axis linear interpolation and complex action sequences through pre-stored modes.
Fuction & features
- Multi-position storage: F3NC01-0N can store 64 positioning points per axis and supports the following two control modes:
- Direct command execution: Directly input parameters such as target position and speed.
- Number command execution: Start positioning by calling the pre-stored position number (Number Command).
- Smooth acceleration and deceleration: F3NC01-0N automatically calculates the motion curve according to the set maximum speed, acceleration time, and deceleration time.
- Multi-segment motion sequence: F3NC01-0N can store 16 sets of speed/position data per axis and supports sequential execution of continuous positioning actions (Pattern Operation).
