General Electric IC694TBB032 High Density Terminal Block

GE IC694TBB032 is a high-density terminal block for PACSystems RX3i and Series 90-30 PLC modules that provides 36 screw terminals for field wiring.

Its extended model, the IC694TBB132, is functionally identical to the IC694TBB032, but features a deeper housing design (approximately 13mm) to accommodate thicker insulated wires, such as those commonly found in AC I/O modules.

In addition, spring-loaded terminal blocks are available in the series (IC694TBS032 / TBS132).

Wiring method

Screw terminal wiring steps:

1. After stripping the wire, insert the bare wire completely into the terminal, making sure the insulation layer contacts the internal limiter.
2. The end of the wire needs to be slightly bent to enhance the fixing effect.
3. Tighten the screw to clamp the wire firmly.

Spring terminal wiring steps:Use a screwdriver to press the spring clamp, release after inserting the wire, and clamp automatically.

Wiring points: When wiring, the stripped wire must be fully inserted into the terminal block, the insulation layer is aligned with the stop position inside the terminal block, and the end of the wire is bent. Tightening the terminal screw will lift the wire and clamp it firmly. The bottom of the terminal block can be used as a reference for the wire stripping length.
