Emerson A6140 Shaft Absolute Vibration Monitor
Item Number: A6140
Brand:Emerson
Lead Time: In stock
Description:Shaft Absolute Vibration Monitor
Payment: T/T
Product Description
Emerson A6140 Shaft Absolute Vibration Monitor is a component of the AMS 6500 Machinery Protection System. This module uses composite sensor technology to measure absolute shaft vibration. As a 1-slot module, it can be used with other AMS 6500 monitors. Its core function is to accurately monitor the absolute vibration of the shaft by comparing the vibration parameters with the alarm setpoint. It is especially suitable for scenarios such as bearing housings and rotors with similar mass and bearing housings in operation.
Function & Features
- Non-contact displacement sensor: A6140 measures the relative displacement of the shaft relative to the bearing seat.
- Housing vibration sensor: A6140 detects the absolute vibration of the bearing seat in free space.
- Phase compensation algorithm: A6140 outputs the absolute vibration value of the shaft in free space through mathematical calculations.
- Sliding bearing equipment: When the rotor mass is close to the bearing seat mass (typical vibration transmission rate >30%)
- Relay output: A6140 supports hard-wired protection action
