The ABB DO821 3BSE013250R1 Digital Output Module is an 8-channel 230 V a.c./d.c. relay Normally Closed (NC) output module designed for the S800 I/O system. It supports a maximum voltage of 250 V a.c. and a maximum continuous output current of 3 A, making it suitable for industrial environments that demand high reliability and safety. Each output channel is independently isolated, featuring optical isolation barriers, output state indication LEDs, relay drivers, relays, and EMC protection components to ensure stable and secure outputs. The module also integrates relay power supply voltage supervision; in case of power failure, it triggers an error signal and activates a warning LED. Error signals can be read through the ModuleBus, providing continuous monitoring and fault diagnosis.
