The IS220PSVOH1B is a servo interface I/O pack by General Electric, part of the Mark VIe control system. It connects one or two I/O Ethernet networks to a TSVO servo terminal board, managing two servo valve position loops using the WSVO servo driver module.

The front faceplate includes:

• Four LEDs for Ethernet status (ENet1/ENet2), Power, Attn, and ENA1/2.
• An infrared port (not used in this pack).

Configuration

You configure the IS220PSVOH1B via the Control System Toolbox. The board has flash memory, RAM, input power connectors, and an internal temperature sensor. It supports auto-reconfiguration, or you can manually reconfigure it if needed.

Testing

Test servo performance with manual actuator stroking, position ramping, or step current. The trend recorder will highlight any irregularities.
