ABB PFEA112-65 3BSE050091R65 is a tension electronic control unit designed for industrial tension measurement and regulation systems. The device is available in four versions and supports multi-language digital display and parameter configuration. It is suitable for industries such as coil handling, printing, textiles, and metal processing. PFEA112-65 can receive 2-way load cell signals and output voltage and current signals. It also supports Profibus-DP communication. The master and slave communicate through the output buffer and input buffer. For Profibus, the master reads the input buffer and writes the output buffer once per scan cycle.

• The ABB PFEA112-65 has 2 load cell inputs and voltage and current outputs A + B with adjustable filtering, which can display multiple signals on the display, such as A, B, A + B, A - B.

• The ABB PFEA112-65 has a multi-language digital display and configuration keys. The configuration keys are used to set different parameters and check the status of the tension system. The 2×16 character display can display the sum, difference or single signal of the load cell signals.

• The PFEA112-65 is available in four versions with different performance and functional levels. All four versions are available in DIN rail mounting and IP65 (NEMA 4) sealed versions.

• The PFEA112 acts as a slave device and is continuously polled by the master device (Profibus master). Even if there is no new data from the slave device, it will be polled at fixed time intervals.
